1. Agreement
By accessing the Scalia website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Services Provided
Scalia provides Meta advertising management, website design and hosting, and CRM setup for service businesses. Specific scopes, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are agreed upon prior to campaign launch.
3. Ad Spend and Client Responsibilities
Advertising spend on Meta platforms is paid directly by the client to Meta unless otherwise specified in an agreement. Clients are responsible for providing truthful information regarding their services, licensing, and insurance.
4. Territory Exclusivity
Where agreed, Scalia maintains territory protection for direct competitors in the same primary service niche within a defined geographic radius during active engagements.
