Scalia provides digital advertising management services, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign creation, management, and optimization for local service businesses. We also offer website design and development services.

3. Free Trial

Scalia offers a 7-day free trial of our ad management services. During the trial period, you are responsible for any ad spend charged directly by Meta. If you choose not to continue after the trial, you will not be charged our management fee. Cancellation must be communicated before the trial period ends.

4. Payment Terms

After the trial period, services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Scalia does not guarantee specific outcomes, lead volumes, or revenue figures. Advertising results vary based on factors including industry, location, budget, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Scalia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scalia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
